For the gift-giver
Last-minute gift wrapping is no big deal with a fully
stocked, one-stop caddy. Use a grommet kit to make
neat holes in a cardboard wine caddy; thread the ends
of ribbon rolls through them. Roll tubes of tissue paper
in sheets of cellophane. Stock each compartment with
gift wrap, tissue paper, and bags of ribbons and bows.
Use a binder clip to attach a small notebook for
shopping lists.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
□ Color-coordinated gift wrap
□ Tissue paper
□ Bows and ribbons
□ Gift tags
□ Gift-wrapping tape
For the
collector
A fresh way to show
off holiday cards (or a
vintage collection) is
always welcome. Wrap
a straw wreath form
with upholstery webbing
(available at fabric stores);
use small sewing pins to
secure. Tie a bow at the
top (the stiff webbing will
hold its shape) and loop a
length of it through the
back to hang. Attach cards
to the webbing’s edge with
binder clips.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
□ Straw wreath form
□ Jute upholstery
webbing, joann.com
□ Sewing pins
□ Small silver binder clips
